Launched in July 2005, Excel Support powered by SageCover is a new service designed to provide support to both new and existing Sage Customers.  Built on the award winning SageCover support service, Excel Support includes many familiar benefits for customers, including support from a dedicated Microsoft certified team of technicians.

Ask A Question web based service, online guides and templates to download to help businesses to get to grips with everyday functions within Excel and access to the Sage Knowledgebase area of the Sage website which includes many articles and hints and tips on maximising the functionality within Excel.

93% of Sage customers who use Payroll and Sage 50 do so alongside their MS Excel product.  It's often used as an additional tool for financial analysis, forecasting and scheduling, however because the majority of customers are self taught or rely on colleagues for help, they're not making the most of this highy adaptable software.
